Cheshire Dogs Home – Eve

Name: Eve

Breed: Patterdale Terrier

Gender: Female

Age:  3years 9months

CDH Number: W7

Eve is a sweet little girl, affectionately known at Evie. She was found lost, alone and scared, with a greasy substance in her fur, after a few sessions with a brush and a few trips to the bath she was feeling much better and was soon looking to the team here for lots (and lots) of fusses.

She is an incredibly affectionate girl who demands fuss from everyone she meets and is regularly seen refusing to leave someone’s side until they have given her enough attention. True to her patterdale nature, she does have a very high prey drive so would suit a home with knowledge of terriers and without any small animals.

She loves going for her walks and playing in the off lead compound, especially with squeaky toys! She would love to have a secure garden where she can play safely without having to worry about getting lost again. Generally, out and about Eve is quite sociable with other dogs and has quite a few friends here at the dogs’ home, however as she likes to have all of the attention to herself she would be better suited to a home as the only dog where she can be the centre of attention.

As she was a stray we do not know if she has ever lived with children however she could potentially live with those over 14 following a successful meet and greet.
